We accept the following payment methods: • PromptPay (QR scan) • Bank transfer • Credit/Debit card (via Stripe) Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing an order, or the order may be cancelled. A payment slip or transaction reference may be required for verification before shipment.

To protect both customers and our business, we maintain detailed transaction records: • Order IDs and Invoice numbers for every transaction • Payment webhook logs from payment gateways • Digital receipts and transaction references • Timestamps and IP addresses for audit purposes All records are stored systematically in our database. In the event of a chargeback or fraudulent transaction claim, these records will be used as evidence. Customers initiating false chargebacks may be held liable and may have their accounts suspended.

JM505 Computer Service Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
